To be able to meet the full requirements of your projects, the quality of our mosaic production is constantly monitored and checked. For every 500 mosaics manufactured, one mosaic is selected at random and carefully tested: the gold tile is dipped in boiling water, then in ice water, then again in boiling water. This process is repeated 20 times. We then expose the mosaic to an attack of heavy dose of ultrasonic waves which it has to withstand for 12 hours. Finally, to be approved it is glued into a device which is designed to pull apart the mosaic, which must withstand a minimum load of 40 kg pulling weight.
