To meet the full requirements of your projects, the quality of our mosaic production is constantly monitored and checked. For every 500 mosaics manufactured, one mosaic is selected at random and carefully tested.
- Thermal shock
- The gold tile is dipped in boiling water, then in ice water, then again in boiling water. This process is repeated 20 times.
- Ultrasonic exposure
- The mosaic must withstand a heavy dose of ultrasonic waves for 12 hours.
- Bond strength
- Finally, to be approved, the mosaic is glued into a device designed to pull it apart and must withstand a minimum load of 40 kg pulling weight.
